This high-velocity, long-term campaign serves around 230M customers a day and 2.4B visitors a month, sends emails to upwards of 2M readers, and is one of Amazon’s largest sales events of the year.

This campaign, which spans September to January, is divided into 3 phases (Early, Peak,Last-Minute) with launches, messaging, and features tailored to fit our customers’ holiday preparation and gifting needs.

In addition to this multi-layered campaign, copy was produced and delivered for companion programs including Amazon Beyond’s innovative Virtual Holiday Shop, homage integration of Amazon’s AI shopping companion, Prime holiday offers, gift wrapping services, delivery options, and celebrity collections

My role on the North American Stores Marketing (NASM) team was writing and top-editing: working with writers to ensure that copy delivered on intended creative themes, marketing deliverables, data-informed guidelines, and met style guidelines and Amazon requirements.
